on our home...
House Layout... and, sleeping arrangements!

Downstairs:
  • Dining Room.
  • Living Room.
  • Kitchen.
  • Attached Outdoor Covered Screen Room.
  • Utility Room w/ oversized washer and dryer.
  • Garage (no renter access! used by owner for tools & maintenance).
  • BR #1 - Master Bedroom with a King Bed.  Full Bathroom with
    Tub/Shower.
  • BR #2 - Spare Bedroom with two separate Twin Beds.  Full Bathroom
    with Shower.

Upstairs:
  • Family (Grand) Room.
  • Mini-Kitchen (Fridge, Micro, Sink, Cabinets, Counter).
  • Island Dining Bar (5 Barstools) w/Computer station wireless.
  • BR #3 - Master Bedroom with King Bed.  Master Bathroom with
    Jacuzzi Style Tub and separate Shower.  Computer station (wired).
  • BR #4 - Master Bedroom with King Bed.  Full Bathroom with Shower.
  • BR #5 - Spare Bedroom with two separate Twin Beds.  Shared
    Bathroom (Kids) with Shower.
  • BR #6 - Kids Bedroom with two separate Bunk Beds (ie. 4 twin
    mattresses).  Shared Bathroom with Shower (w/kids tub).
  • Outdoor Grand Balcony.
  • Beautiful ocean view!

FYI... The Bedrooms are not overly huge...  the idea was to have many sleeping
quarters, bathrooms, large living areas and some privacy.
There is a $200.00 cleaning
fee per rental.    

Believe me... it's a big job!   
The beach... is right behind the
house.  The waters are typically
warm up from May thru September.
 

The fishing can be fantastic or
non-existent depending on many
factors.  Most often, it is great!

Water clarity and color varies.  
Minimal rains and lighter winds
often create crystal clear turquoise
waters.  

Some of the area dining is excellent.
 
Shoppes are within a reasonable
drive.

Grocery, Convenience and other
modern conveniences are close-by.

Crowds... NO!!!  You might catch one
of the neighbors' families on the
beach during the day or an
occasional walker-by; but, for the
most part, we're pretty secluded.
